Adelaar

Adelaar is a beautiful old Dutch Schooner which has been sailing the Komodo Archipelago for the past 17 years. She has undergone a complete renovation and update, making her a luxurious five star vessel, to accommodate and service the discerning modern traveler.

The main salon is a cozy and inviting area below deck. Relax on the sofa or write those postcards seated at one of our desks. Have the steward prepare a cocktail from our well stocked bar, also located on this level.

Gourmet meals are served a la cart in the main dining salon, located on the upper level. Large windows provide a panoramic view of the vivid landscapes as you cruise through the Archipelago.

The main deck has a large table and seating area, situated under an expansive sun awning, which provides the perfect spot for enjoying the scenery while cruising. The forward deck is fitted with comfortable cushions for relaxing and sunbathing.

The Adelaar has four spacious air-conditioned staterooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and all the amenities of a luxury boutique hotel. Built in 'classical yacht' style, the interior has rich wood paneling and high ceilings.

The exclusive master suite is the largest, with a queen size bed, sofa and desk, as well as abundant closets and drawer space. The master en-suite bathroom has a spacious shower, double sinks and a separate toilet area.

The three guest staterooms each have double bed, individually controlled air-conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms. Two of the staterooms also have a sofa which can be converted to a single bed for children or for those wishing to have separate beds.

Scuba diving the pristine waters in and around Bali and onward to Indonesia's remote Komodo Archipelago onboard Adelaar is a once in a lifetime experience.

Staff will guide you into an underwater world alive with vibrant colors and teeming with an abundance of life. The experienced dive master will be your guide to this magnificent underwater world. He knows all the sites, and is an expert at finding frogfish, ghost pipefish and star gazers for those avid underwater photographers.

Your schedule and route will be coordinated with the ships captain, to assure the absolute best diving based on the conditions of the sea and the group's experience level and expectations.
