OVERVIEW Angel Island Resort is an eco-friendly resort set on the beautiful peaceful island of Bidadari. It's located on the West coast of Flores Island, in the Eastern part of Indonesia. This is a private island located on the edge of Komodo National Park. Here you'll find one of the few landbased operations diving Komodo National Park.
The Beach Restaurant has wonderful views of the ocean and you can hear the waves gently lapping on the shore as you dine. |
|
The eco-friendly menu includes Indonesian and European dishes, but no shellfish, octopus, squid or cuttlefish as the local fishing practices are destructive.
A must-see for guests is the Komodo dragon. These unique creatures can only be found in this area of Indonesia. A member of the monitor lizard family, it's the largest living species of lizard. You'll be fascinated after viewing their habitat and behavior. |
