Choose from one, two and three bedroom apartments, all with air conditioned bedrooms, one to two bathrooms, a large living area with cable TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Private safes are available in each apartment, in addition to large covered terraces on the ground floor or balconies on the upper floors.

All units have an amazing panoramic view of the island and the "private" reef is just steps away from your patio. Excellent for swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving! There are two private piers with direct access to the ocean, plus a large new mineral water system swimming pool, all are waiting for you to enjoy. The front office and fully equipped dive shop are conveniently located onsite and with an excellent team ready to assist you.

Choose from unlimited shore diving or the 6 boat dive package. Enjoy shore diving on the house reef and the many other dive sites which are only minutes drive away, anytime of day or night. The boat diving pickup is directly from Belmar's private pier, captained by their own dive shop crew, so you are guaranteed lots of fun!

Choose between Diving or Wind Surfing packages or alternately take the plunge and go for “Become a Kite Boarder” or “ Become a Diver” Packages.  There is something for everyone! If you do not dive, not to worry there are non-diver rates as well.
