Murex Bangka is a diver’s paradise. Stepping onto the white sand beach feels like stepping into the story of Robinson Crusoe. Nestled under shady trees and white sand, the resort is built just steps away from the beach and our private, crystal-clear turquoise lagoon. Murex Resorts are family-friendly and the kids will have a great time running around and collecting sea shells by the seashore. Bangka is a beautiful lush island and one of Indonesia’s most famous dive areas. The House Reef right in front of the Resort is amazing; snorkeling and diving there is a must! Their secluded beach is perfect place to sit back, laze in hammocks, relax, and watch the tide roll in. At Murex Bangka they are all about creating a comfortable, laid-back atmosphere.

Murex Bangka Resort offers 2 detached and 1 duplex-style Premium Oceanfront Cottages, which are positioned close to the ocean and our private white sand beach.

These tastefully appointed and generously proportioned air-conditioned rooms offer comfortable indoor living and large verandas with outdoor seating. Double and twin bed sleeping configurations are available and all Premium Oceanfront Cottages feature large en-suite bathrooms with twin basins.

Detached Premium Oceanfront Cottages have an extra single bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of diving or exploring. The bed may also easily be converted to an additional comfortable bed for extra guests.

Six luxury Premium Hillside Cottages are strategically located to give refreshing sea breezes and stunning views over the ocean and the lush tree canopy below.

These tastefully appointed, air-conditioned rooms offer comfortable indoor living and large verandas with built-in day beds. Double and twin bed sleeping configurations are available, and all Premium Hillside Cottages feature large en suite bathrooms. For families and groups of friends, semi-detached options are available, allowing you to stay closer together.
